Open Report Maintenance

The Report Maintenance window is displayed.
Select the Transcription report code from the Reports pane, and then click on the Edit
Options button to allow editing in the Report Output Options pane.
Add Printer as Report Output

In the Output Destination section, make sure the Printer checkbox is selected as one of
the available report destinations. In the Printer section, select the Specific Printer radio
button and click on the drop-down button on the right side of the text field to display the

add a system printer for transcription printing.
